Growing in Faith

Faith Formation is PCPC’s Ministry that provides opportunities for every stage of life to grow in faith. In community, we develop as disciples of Christ empowered by the Holy Spirit through education, worship, mission and service.

Faith Formation Vision: Become Disciples in God’s Love

Faith Formation Values:

  • Shared life experiences across generations
  • Connected to God and One Another
  • Biblically Grounded
  • Rooted in Reformed Theology
  • Welcoming of Diversity

Adult Faith Formation (all ages)

Adult Education classes are developed and led by staff, congregation members and community leaders. Classes are offered on Sunday mornings as well as a variety of times throughout the week. Click the link above for more information on the current classes offered.  The Upcoming Events page also highlights classes that are beginning or have special presentations throughout the year.

Children’s Education (PreK-5th grade)

Children’s Sunday School is offered on Sunday mornings for ages Pre-K through 5th grade. Check the Children’s Education page for more details on the programs for each age group.

Youth Education and Youth Group (6th-12th grade)

Youth Sunday School and programs are offered for middle and high school students. Check the Youth Ministry page for details on education and youth group meeting times.

Community and Small groups (all ages)

Small groups “do life together” by engaging in fellowship, developing more intimate relationships with one another and God.  PCPC provides different ways to meet and join groups that are in similar stages of life or have similar interests.  A small or community group may be established for a set period of time, like dinner groups in the Spring and Fall, or be more involved in a particular study that continues over a longer period. Announcements are made when new groups are forming or contact Rev. David Bonnema to get involved.
