Adults of all ages and life stages have the opportunity to engage in programs with others in similar chapters of life at PCPC. Education, small groups and fellowship opportunities are described below. Always check the website calendar of Upcoming Events to find out more and join in. Adult Education classes are offered by topic and may also be of interest to all of these groups.
Adults in their 20’s and 30’s, single or married without children meet for bible study and fellowship over meals or drinks approximately every 2 weeks on either Tuesdays or Thursdays. Additional fellowship activities are planned according to interests. Click the Young Adults link or contact Ken Hubbell for more information.
Single and Married adults, under 40ish with children, gather for Sunday morning bible studies. Small group fellowship opportunities are also held across the year for this community. Contact David Bonnema, Associate Pastor of Families and Youth, for more information and to join the email list.
A 65 and up group with opportunities to participate in fellowship events during the year. Contact BJ Johns for more information on these events.
Young At Heart is a shared interdenominational luncheon with good food, great fellowship and a program for men and women over 55. The group meets the 3rd Thursday 12:30-2pm at one of the participating local churches from September through May.
Gadabaouts is a fellowship ministry that gathers after church for lunch and during the summer meets for dinner around town. The church bus is used for those who need transportation to events.
- Any combination of grandparents, parents and other family units are welcome to participate in programming coordinated by the Christian Education ministry throughout the year. Some favorites are the Stone Soup craft event, Living Nativity, Lenten Craft Journey and Movie Nights. Check the Events page, the bulletins and newsletters for information.
- Dinner groups for all ages are organized each Fall and Spring and offer the opportunity to get to know others at PCPC. Groups are made up of 4 couples and meet monthly in each other’s homes for a meal and fellowship. Contact David Bonnema to sign up.
