Tai Chi – Held on Mondays from 3:30-5:30pm in the Game room. Classes are led by Susan Schuler, drop in anytime.
Silver Sneakers – Mondays and Thursdays the church bus provides a ride to the downtown YMCA for a senior exercise class. The bus leaves the church at 9:30am. Contact Tom Little for more information, email@example.com
Co-Ed Softball-The adult co-ed softball team plays on Monday nights against other company and church sponsored recreational teams. Contact Don Fuller for game information.
